Be. specialises in Workplace Wellbeing under the Health & Safety agenda. Our Workplace Wellbeing Framework is an opportunity for businesses or organisations to actively improve the health and well-being of its workforce and reap the benefits from this culture change.

Our Workplace Well-being Framework has been developed, piloted, evaluated and re-developed over
3 years. We now have a tried and tested Framework that has proved to reduce the stigma surrounding mental health in the workplace, provided skills and knowledge taking a 360 degree approach to workplace wellbeing from prevention to reaction, embedded a culture change within businesses and organisations with a bottom line impact to the costs related to poor mental health in the workplace.
