Port of Tyne Site Visit
The project will comprise of the construction of a new 48,809sqft office and warehouse facility including CAT A fit out. This will include a new Operation and Maintenance base (O&M) and Central Control Room (CCR) complete with associated external works carparks, concrete yard and landscaping.
Project Cost – £15 Million
Duration is 52 weeks (commencement 27.09.21 and completion 23.09.22)
