We need a seasoned Project Director to lead a £20M capital project that takes our proven pilot manufacturing line and scales it to a fully automated commercial operation — 30 times the capacity. This is the step that turns us from a promising scale-up into a global producer. It covers manufacturing line installation using turnkey projects with major capital equipment suppliers, building refurbishment contractor management and commissioning – before working alongside the operations team to hand over a commissioned integrated plant.
